Who I work with 🐿️
I mostly work with women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who look like they have it all together — successful, reliable, people others turn to — yet lie awake at night second-guessing themselves. If you feel like you're running on a hamster wheel (or a squirrel wheel) of worry — replaying past mistakes, spiraling into "what ifs," or constantly asking for validation — you're exactly who I had in mind when I created this work.
What I call “inner squirrels” 🧠
Inner squirrels are the habitual thought patterns that jump from worry to worry: "Am I doing enough? Am I good enough? Did I make the right choice?" They sap energy, keep you stuck in survival mode, and make life feel smaller than it is. My job is to help you identify those patterns, trace them back to where they started, and then gently guide them back to calm.

My approach pairs a four-pillar foundation with targeted release work. The four pillars — body, mind, relationships, and spirit — create a systemic rotation to organize multi-passionate minds rather than trying to "fix" scattered thinking. From that foundation we choose one specific life area and use powerful tools like the ME (mental-emotional release) technique and NLP to reprogram the roots of anxious patterns.
We also use practical supports like the Ellie productivity app to help you launch goals and form memory anchors that reinforce your newfound clarity. The goal isn't band-aid solutions — it's transforming scattered shame into strategic celebration and rebuilding empowering structures that last.

One of the most common outcomes my clients report is the return of sleep. Instead of lying awake at 2:00 a.m., checking your phone, or replaying conversations, clients begin to sleep through the night and make decisions from a place of trust rather than doubt. For 20 years I worked as a clinical therapist, helping others with anxiety while privately struggling with generalized anxiety disorder myself. On November 17, 2022, I discovered NLP and ME methods that didn't just manage my anxiety — they put it into remission. Those techniques also helped my dad. The transformation was so profound that I knew I had to share them with my clients and the wider world.
